The Centre for Academic Growth (The Centre) at Kwantlen contributes to the actualization of Kwantlen's Mission by supporting and sustaining the development of an exceptional learning environment. The Centre is integral to the successful implementation of the Kwantlen's strategic plan and the future that we are creating. The Centre for Academic Growth supports excellence and innovation in teaching and learning, as well as reflective practice and scholarly activities. It is not just about improving teaching at Kwantlen, ultimately, it is about enhancing student learning.

Professional Development Support Services provides PD activities to Kwantlen staff and other employees and supports individual career development through our activities. Third Age Learning at Kwantlen (TALK) provides workshops and programs that reach out to the senior community.

Our Mandate
Working collaboratively with all divisions, we plan, organize, implement, administer, and market Kwantlen Polytechnic University Professional Development workshops and programs. We support Professional Development for all faculty, staff and administrative employees to advance and enhance our community.
