What do I need to become a Human Resources Professional?

To prepare for a career in the Human Resources Management field, you should consider taking some business courses in Human Resources Management. Formal education such as a bachelor's degree related to Human Resources Management is preferred by most employers.

You can obtain the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation through the BC Human Resources Management Association. If you are interested in building a career in the HR field, it is highly recommended that you obtain the CHRP designation as many employers are including this designation as a required qualification for their HR positions.

What can I do at Kwantlen?
