About

Kwantlen Polytechnic University Alumni Association (KPUAA) was founded September 2, 2008. It represents over 39,000 highly skilled and diversely educated Kwantlen alumni* and plays an important role in the governance of Kwantlen Polytechnic University, a dynamic institution offering industry-driven programs ranging from business administration to music and fine arts, nursing, fashion design, construction, liberal arts and journalism.

It is a separate legal entity from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, but works in partnership with the university to encourage a life-long relationship between Kwantlen and its alumni. Its primary goal is to provide Kwantlen alumni with valuable programs and services that support their continued success both personally and professionally.

In addition to providing alumni with tangible services and rewards, KPUAA aims to unite alumni in support of important matters and issues that affect the university and the community, including raising awareness about the value of higher education. KPUAA is lead by a distinguished board of Kwantlen alumni and community leaders.

*The word "alumni" refers to anyone who was granted a degree, honorary degree, diploma, certificate or citation by Kwantlen College, Kwantlen University College, or Kwantlen Polytechnic University. There is no charge for membership in KPUAA and upon graduation, students automatically become members.
