Interior Design

The Interior Design Department offers a Bachelor of Applied Design in Interior Design.

The Interior Design Program provides four years of full-time study (September - April) for students wishing to pursue a professional career related to built environments.

The mission of the Interior Design program is "Educating leaders for the profession of interior design....".

The Program is accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation (formerly FIDER). The Council for Interior Design Accreditation is an independent, non-profit accrediting organization for interior design education programs at colleges and universities in the United States and Canada. Kwantlen is the only Council accredited Interior Design baccalaureate program in British Columbia and is recognized by the Interior Designer's Institute of British Columbia (IDIBC) for admission to the professional association.

Information sessions are held on the Richmond Campus - one in the Fall and one in the Spring. Information sessions present verbal and visual information and provide opportunities to have your questions answered.
