Reminder: If you have asked for a room setup (for the conference centre) and cancel your meeting or event, notify facilities@kwantlen.ca to cancel your room setup.
Possible room setups for Langley meeting rooms: 1010 and 1030. Note: Depending on the specifc setups, rentals of tables or chairs may be required.
