New Year Resolution Challenge

8 Weeks of Steps Out!

The Challenge:  To give up something for 8 weeks (ex: caffeine, TV, chips) and log your fitness steps online at Stepsout.com/kwantlen.

Each week that you are successful, you earn 25,000 BONUS steps, for a total of 200,000 extra steps.  Every week is a new week, so even if you don't make it one week, try again the next. Additionally, there will be weekly events throughout the course of the challenge such as fitness testing, speakers on health and and nutrition, & tournaments. Participants earn 20,000 Bonus Steps for participating in each event!  The Grand Prize is a Heart Rate Monitor Watch!
