After being recognized as one of Canada's Top 100 Employers, Kwantlen University College has now been recognized as a 2008 B.C.Top 40 Employer along side two other B.C. universities — Simon Fraser University and the University of British Columbia.

BC's Top 40 Employers is an annual competition organized by the editors of Canada's Top 100 Employers. This special designation recognizes the British Columbia employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.

For over 25 years, Kwantlen has continued to grow and evolve as a progressive undergraduate university, educating over 200,000 students to date. The Kwantlen community is comprised of many diverse professions, such as instructors, librarians, counselors, facility and technology personnel, and front-line student service staff, all who make many positive contributions to students and their communities through teaching, support services, volunteerism and community engagement.
